Leistungen
Reverse Engineering
One of our most high-tech gadgets ‘CMM Arm’ enable us to capture detailed and accurate 3D image of an object, whether freeform or geometric, at high speed. Through its 3D Scanner and Inspection tools, this portable coordinate measuring machine performs 3D inspections, tool certifications, CAD comparison, dimensional analysis, and reverse engineering.
Model Used: Nikon MCAx 20+ (2018)
Assembly & Packing
Here our parts are assembled with other materials such as Plastic, Rubber and Casting, transforming it into a complete finished part. Then it’s packed into friendly and multi time usable packing as we discourage the use of Plastic or non-biodegrade-able plastic. Our packing fulfills the international requisites of usability and lightweight.
We use all means of transportation such as:
· Air
· Water
· Land (Road and Rail)
· Parcel
We also provide the privilege to order a full container load (FCL) or Less-than-Container Load (LCL), whatever our customer requires.
CNC Milling (Development)
In our development shop, we develop dies on CNC Milling Machines. These state-of-the-art facilities are valuable in-house resource for machining accurate dies and tools. We provide full production line X, Y, Z axis machining centers equipped with automatic processing of small and large batch operations.
Welding
Multiple welding machines available in our welding shop such as Projection Welding, Seam Welding, Spot Welding, Hanging Spot Welding, Co2 Welding, Electrical Welding and Stud Welding.
CAD/CAM Modelling (Designing)
Our highly skilled designing team can customize the designs of your parts or dies & tools based on your preferred drawings and specifications. Dedicated software used:
• Power Shape for Designing & Tooling
• AutoCAD for Designing
• Catia for Designing & Tooling
Die Making and Fitting
Once the dies are made in the CNC milling, they are polished and fitted together and checked for performance.
Paint (Liquid + Powder)
Our paint facility is equipped with automated conveyor belt, having liquid and powder coating facility.
Complete operation of the Paint plant includes:
• Degreasing
• Multiple Rinsing
• Drying
• Painting Booth
• Baking Oven
Press Shop
Our press shop is equipped with 9 Hydraulic and 32 Mechanical Power presses.
Hydraulic presses having capacity of 100 – 1000 tons
Mechanical presses having capacity of 15 – 500 tons
